HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?
As a buyer, you will never be charged a fee with Guardian. We are here to guide you through the buying process and want to make this process easy and stress free. Zero fees for buyers is an important aspect to our unique and individualized group. We want to put you at ease.
If we are representing you as a seller, we can accommodate the fee based on your needs and income. We will work with you to find something that fits your budget. Since we are a small, family owned business, you will find that our fees can be adjusted and are much lower than the bigger business real estate companies out there. Most companies have a set fee, but Guardian takes pride in making home selling affordable and attainable for all. We will represent you with the highest standards and find you the best price possible when selling your home.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE ME A SUCCESSFUL SALE?
Guardian will work tirelessly to find you the outcome that you are looking for. As a small family owned business, we have the time to focus on your needs. We do not take on multiple clients for that reason. You are the priority.
